Quote requests: from enquiry to booked job

Updated 10 August 2026

Not every job books off a price list — “how much to fix X?” deserves a real answer, not a lost lead. Your booking page carries a Request a quote path for exactly this.

The flow

  • Customer describes the job — what’s wrong, their vehicle, their contact details.
  • You get notified and draft the quote in Quotes — with AI assistance that scopes the job and prices it from your rates (see the estimator). You review and adjust; nothing sends without you.
  • The customer gets a clean quote page by email — price, scope, validity.
  • Accepting books the job — they pick a time then and there, and it lands on your calendar like any other booking.

The whole loop — enquiry to booked work — happens without a phone call, and every quote is on record for later.
