Customer records and vehicle history

Updated 10 August 2026

You don’t maintain a customer database — bookings build one for you. Repeat bookings with the same email or phone link to the same customer automatically, and the rego captured at booking builds each vehicle’s record.

What a record holds

  • Contact details and their bookings history, across every visit.
  • Vehicles — rego, make and model, and which bookings they came in for.
  • Service tracking — recording the odometer when you complete a job feeds each vehicle’s next-service-due date, which powers the automatic service-due reminders.
  • Consent state — SMS and marketing opt-ins, visible and respected everywhere.

Returning customers get recognised on your booking page too — their saved vehicles appear so they don’t re-type the rego. Small thing; feels like magic from their side.
