Bringing customers back: reminders, campaigns and win-backs
Updated 10 August 2026
The most valuable customer is the one you already have. Two automations run for you, and two tools wait for when you want to say something yourself.
Runs automatically
- Service-due reminders — when a vehicle’s next service comes due (from your completed-job records), the customer gets a friendly nudge with a one-click path to book. Escalates politely, then stops.
- Win-back — customers who’ve drifted away get a “we’ve missed you” with an easy way back.
There when you want them
- Segments — slice your customers (lapsed, high-value, by vehicle age…) for targeting.
- Campaigns — one-off emails to a segment: a winter special, a price change, news.
Everything is consent-aware — every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, opt-outs are honoured instantly and automatically, and transactional emails (confirmations etc.) are never affected by marketing opt-outs.
