The emails your customers (and you) receive

Updated 10 August 2026

Email runs itself. Here's what sends, and when:

  • Booking confirmed — instantly on booking (or on your approval, if auto-confirm is off). Includes a calendar attachment and the customer's manage link.
  • Rescheduled / cancelled — whenever a booking changes, with one exception: cancelling a booking that ended 3+ days ago sends nothing (see cancellations).
  • Reminders — before the appointment, automatically.
  • Review follow-up — after a completed job, a thank-you with your Google review link. Needs your review link set in Settings; customers can opt out any time, and every follow-up carries an unsubscribe link.
  • Service-due & win-back — vehicle-aware nudges months later that bring customers back. These are consent-aware and unsubscribable too.

You get an email for every new booking and booking request, so nothing lands silently.
