Managing bookings: confirm, complete, no-show
Updated 10 August 2026
Every booking moves through a simple lifecycle, visible on the calendar and dashboard.
Pending vs confirmed
With auto-confirm on (the default), online bookings are confirmed instantly and the customer gets a confirmation straight away. With auto-confirm off, new bookings arrive as requests for you to confirm — the customer is told you'll be in touch, and gets the confirmation when you accept.
Completing a job
When the work's done, mark the booking complete — you can record the final price and odometer at the same time, which feeds your revenue reporting and powers service-due reminders for that vehicle later.
No-shows
Mark a no-show from the booking's detail view. It keeps your records straight without cancelling the booking, and the customer isn't emailed.
