Setting up services and pricing

Updated 10 August 2026

Services live in Settings → Pricing. Each one needs a name, a duration, and a price — and the price can take whichever shape fits the job:

  • Fixed — one number, e.g. a logbook service at $199.
  • Range — "$150–$250" when the job varies.
  • From — "from $89" when it only goes up.
  • Hourly — your labour rate; useful for repairs quoted by time.

Durations and buffers

The duration controls how much calendar space a booking takes, and the optional buffer adds breathing room after each job (cleanup, paperwork, moving cars). Honest durations are what keep your calendar realistic — if a service always overruns, lengthen it here rather than fighting the diary.

Customers can select more than one service in a single booking; the durations add up automatically.
