Getting started: from signup to your first booking

Updated 10 August 2026

Three things make your booking page live: services, opening hours, and completing the setup wizard. The onboarding walks you through them in order, and you can leave and come back anytime — your progress is saved.

The three steps

  • Services — what customers can book, with a price and a duration. Start with your five most common jobs; you can add more later.
  • Opening hours — when the calendar offers slots. Closures and holidays are handled separately (see booking rules & closures).
  • Go live — you get your booking page link, ready to share.

After you're live

Bookings appear on your dashboard and calendar the moment customers make them, and confirmation emails go out automatically — you don't need to do anything for a standard booking. Put your link where customers look (see sharing your booking page) and the calendar fills itself.
