Adding your team

Everyone shouldn’t share one login. Invite your team from Settings → Team — each person gets an email with a set-password link and their own account into the same workshop.

How invites work

• The invite link is single-use. If it lapses before they click it, they can use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a fresh one — same effect.
• Team members see the same dashboard, calendar and bookings as you.
• Someone leaves? Remove them from the same page and their access ends immediately.

Separate logins also mean the audit trail makes sense — you can tell who confirmed, completed or cancelled a booking.
